In 2008, I was shot in the back and paralyzed from the waist down. Laying in that hospital bed, unsure of what my future would look like, I repeated one sentence to myself over and over:

“The bounce back is real.”

Those words became my lifeline. My motivation. My promise to myself that no matter what happened, I wasn’t done.

After years of recovery mentally, physically, spiritually I came home. A decade later, I turned that mantra into a mission.

And now, three years strong, The Bounce Back Is Real isn’t just my business.

It’s proof that you can lose everything and still rebuild bigger, stronger, and more focused than ever.
